I called customer support (broken hold switch), and I qualify for a replacement. But, the operator told me to go online and fill out some sort of forum. I've searched zune.net thoroughly, and cannot find any such page. I've even searched Microsoft support with no luck.
Does anyone know where I can find it? Thanks in advance.
