Add another happy customer regarding this fix. I have tried the other fixes with mixed results.  But this new fix seems to be the answer. Marketplace works very well now.

Thanks for the update.  I pretty much knew that this is what was happening, but I want to make sure that the Zune team knows that customers want this and makes this a priority. (it is more important to me than cool new hardware) I didn't really know where to send customer comments -- so I posted here.
