In teh Zune Software, right-click on the album in your collection and make sure all the info is correct for each track. My recent plays was showing a song and artist that don't exist in my collection. I found the track in the Marketplace, right-clicked on it and selected "find in collection".
It took me to a track I ...

Zune Marketplace pulls metadata from the All Music Guide Web site. According to the AMG product submissions page here's what you need to know:
How can I have my CD, DVD, or game added to the AMG database?AMG will add any product submissions we receive to the database as long as they are commercially available in their country of release. ...

Everything I record in Media Center automatically syncs to my Zune. I have the software set up to monitor my "Recorded TV" folder and "sync all videos".

If you search the forum for the specific error code you may find a solution or a previously posted response from the Zune team.
As for the Zune Marketplace, while it can be a little slow on some occasions I find it simple and intuitive to navigate. Never saw any reference to being able to DL jazz charts though.

iTunes runs on PCs because 80% - 90% of the population runs a WIindows OS. If and when Apple succeeds in getting at least another 30% - 40% of all computer users (for a full 50% of the market) to use an Apple browser, it may be justifiable for MS to release a Mac-compatible version of ZM.
Until then, from a business standpoint, ZM for Mac ...

It already is: you're not locked into iTunes.

Sounds like a billing issue. Check your account settings to make sure your billing information is acurate.

And they wonder why people download torrents for free.  I'm not impressed with the zune marketplace although I like my zune.  Might give up my pass for a year and give them more time to boost their library.
See the reply aboive your comment; it has nothing to do with ZM. ZM has an abundance of content and with few ...

Regardless of the perceived  fairness or lack thereof, now that you know there may be some "early renewals" the solution is to DL the tracks you want when you find them rather than waiting until the eleventh hour which clearly may turn out to be too late.
That whole thing swould be nuch easier to read (and more people probably ...

800x800 album art would be a waste of space on the Zune so it's unlikley that it will ever happen. If you Google, you'll find there are Web sites decicated to album art suitable for your needs.

Yes. Any content downloaded using the Zune Pass will not be playable after your subscription, trial or otherwise, expires. Music purchased with Zune Points and the 10 free downloads per month you get with a recurring Zune Pass subscription are yours to keep even if you cancel your recurring subscription.

In simple terms, your Zune only has limted "read access" to any music sent from another Zune whether the music is licensed through the ZM or not.
You need to physically download the tracks through alternative, preferably legal, sources such as Amazon.com.

A simple search would result in a veritable gold mine of discussion on this topic.
To save you the trouble of researching the plethora of options, my personal favorite is the Free Zune Video Converter.
Have fun!

I've had similar problems with a few tracks, usually when it's been a while between syncs. It would be great if there were some way to export/sort the list of "broken" tracks but since there isn't, here's a work-around.
Download the free version of Gadwin PrintScreen.
Install it.
Open the Zune software, sign ...

What are you, ten? If I were Microsoft, I'd cancel your subscription ban you for life from ever accessing or using any MS related Web content or software, and brick your Zune.
If I were your older brother I'd kick your ass for even suggesting such a thing.
Good thing I'm neither.
Following your logic, you have a right to possess anything ...

I've bought lot's of tracks and albums ('cause ZM doesn't have them, damnit) from Amazon MP3 and never had a problem. Are you using the Amazon downloader to "open" the tracks and "add to library"?
Sounds like a conflict or incomplete tags. I've had issues with non-Amazon tracks that didn't have identical "album ...

If you enter "celtic" in the search box several bands will appear in the drop down. I'm sure if select one or all of them and the click "related" on each artists page you'll find lots of celtic or celtic inspired music. Or maybe just Google "celtic bands", jot down the results, and search the ZM for those ...

I've received similar messages related to music downloaded with my Zune Pass subscription but never with tracks or complete albums I've purchased with points or free credits. In the Zune Pass cases, there was clearly an issue with licensing rights and the tracks were pulled from the Marketplace.
Never had it happen with actual ...
