No, it doesn't help. But Ive solved the problem by uninstalling 4.0 software>installing 3.1 software(3.1 installs firmware fine) 4.0-suck! :(

So, I had to format my zune 80 completely(content+firmware) i did that by holding back+center+play After all ops were made zune says-step 1 connect your device to pc>step 2 on your pc.........-that opens zune software(4.0 installed) it starts searching for updates but then that error pops up. What screen says:Error during player update. ...

So, any other ways out?

Yes, diff languages support is really needed. As for me, I listen lots of jpop, and asian language support would be really nice. P.S We still hope for new cool look and web browser on older devices.

It was not completely so as Ive described earlier about Xbox signin.Im able to load my live profile with Xbox, but if I choose to manage account info it asks me to enter my pass, and the new one doesn't work! Recently I've changed my live password. I can sign in to any msn site using it (obviously including zune). But I cant sign in to my account using zune software. Every time it gives me a message that mail or password is incorrect! What's wrong? P.S Im sure that I type in everything correctly!
