For more info, I see that the album is now available DRM free. I believe when I purchased it, it was WMA. In fact all of the songs are WMA on my hard drive. It appears that a few of them somehow had their DRM headers corrupted.

I had purchased Jay-Z's American Gangster (both full and a capella versions) back in December of 07. I've moved computers twice with no issue.
