      <description>I've noticed that ever since I plugged my 30g Zune into the Xbox360 to listen while I played some arcade games that my Zune Card hasn't been updating.&amp;#160; I've played songs on my device, and I've also played songs on my PC, I even set up the Zune account on my 360.&amp;#160; Usually if there is a problem, the boards are filled with others asking what is going on, but I have seen nothing so I'm guessing that I'm an isolated event.&amp;#160; Any suggestions (helpful ones that relate to the problem) would be great.</description>

      <description>Normally when I come to the forums or any other part of the Zune website, the header and footer look as they should. Now suddenly it's stretched out. It only does this on the forums, and only of Firefox. This is a screenshot of what I'm talking about: &lt;a href="http://i47.tinypic.com/2lw7tag.jpg"&gt;http://i47.tinypic.com/2lw7tag.jpg&lt;/a&gt; The footer is doing the same thing.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;The only thing I could think of to fix it was to refresh which obviously work, nor did restarting my browser.       <description>Okay.. where to start.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Today, I logged into social.zune.net and noticed that on my Social ID card thing (I'm not sure what the real term is) there are some &amp;quot;Recent&amp;quot; plays which appear on top of my background. These are songs I've never listened to by artists I've never heard of. I found it really bizarre that songs I've never listened to would be displayed as &amp;quot;Recent&amp;quot; tracks for me. I look further and my Zune software reports that my profile has 775+ plays - but I &lt;i&gt;never&lt;/i&gt; use the Zune software as a music player on my PC (except for the few songs I listened to just now as a test).&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Well, a couple weeks ago, I had my Zune 120 stolen from my car during the night. (I have since bought a Zune HD to replace it)&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Now, I will admit to not really knowing anything about how the Social thing works - like does it get its info from the Zune software, or does the player itself keep record of song playback stats and send these to the Social when I connect to my PC? - but my initial reaction is, since my old Zune was linked to my account, whoever stole my Zune must be using it to listen to these songs which are appearing on my Social profile.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Is it possible for this to happen?&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;If so, is there anyway for Microsoft to see when and possible where (ie an IP address) a Zune with a specific serial number is connected to a PC?&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I've seen comments online that say MS really doesn't have any sort of tracking system to locate stolen players.. and there is &lt;i&gt;nothing&lt;/i&gt; on the Support site regarding stolen items, it's all hardware problems. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;So if the Zune Social is recording songs that the thief is listening to, is it safe to assume that there is &lt;i&gt;some&lt;/i&gt; way to track where the player is?&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;In the process of running Windows 7 beta, RC, and RTM I have had to rebuild my computer's OS multiple times.&amp;#160; Following best practices, I have installed fresh OS builds instead of upgrading each time.&amp;#160; This has led to multiple listing for the same computer name in my Zune Pass computers.&amp;#160; Since the 'First Used' data is displayed as 'Unknown' I don't know which computer I am removing (previous build vs. new build).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Who can I work with to remove the old duplicate computer names from my account so that I don't remove my current computer subscription and have to wait 30 days to re-attempt removing the other computer name?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been coming across recently albums that arent linking up when they have been linked up to things for an extremely long time. Example, I have had Megadeth &amp;quot;Countdown to Extinction&amp;quot; linked up perfectly for months&amp;#160;.... but now due to a database update for that artist and others&amp;#160;of adding albums or removing albums for whatever reason&amp;#160; my Countdown to Extinction doesnt link up to anything anymore.. in fact it goes to a blank page. Im tired of doing the find album info, relinking stuff up, and trying to find the album cover image i had (as the one it&amp;#160;brings up when&amp;#160;i rip the cd usually sucks and is wrong)&amp;#160;and&amp;#160;repasting it&amp;#160;&amp;#160;as it gets old FAST.&amp;#160;&amp;#160; Im pretty much over this kinda stuff... yeah its a nice concept &amp;quot;the social&amp;quot;&amp;#160;and all but its failed and flawed.&amp;#160; Tired of it.&amp;#160; &amp;#160;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I try to add my own background picture I am now getting a C00D10F3 error.&amp;#160; My internet connection is working fine and I have not used any characters in my description, so I don't know why I am getting this error.&amp;#160; Does anyone have any ideas why I am getting this or how to get around it?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also, in the past when I have been able to add my own background picture, the bottom 1/3 of the picture is always black.&amp;#160; If I can get past the C00D10F3 error, does anyone know how I can add&amp;#160;my own&amp;#160;picture that takes up the entire background area?&amp;#160; I have tried stretching the pink outline box, cropping the picture before selecting it based on other forum suggestions, but nothing has worked for me.&amp;#160; I am really puzzled as to why this is so difficult to do.&amp;#160; Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I am able to add friends, and can see them on my zune profile- but not when i sign into the zune marketplace program. I go to social-&amp;gt;friends and only see the friends i had before the update, not any of the new ones.&lt;br&gt;</description>
