      <description>If this has been covered&amp;#160;before, I apologize in advance.&amp;#160; I do my syncing manually.&amp;#160; I have a Zune Pass.&amp;#160; I only have two dj playlists (both local and Zune Pass content) that I have refreshing on a regular basis, but I might as well not bother.&amp;#160; I don't leave my Zune software open all the time, but when I do open it up, I am set to sign in automatically.&amp;#160; However, if I open it up after the time has passed for a refresh for these two dj playlists I get an error (sorry I forgot to write down the error number and exact language) but it's something to the effect that it couldn't add content from the Marketplace because I wasn't signed in and suggests that I should use auto-sign-in.&amp;#160; Only thing is, I do.&amp;#160; As soon as I open my software it signs in automatically.&amp;#160; So either that error message is not the right error message that I should be getting, or the software doesn't &amp;quot;auto-sign-in&amp;quot; fast enough to avoid this error message.&amp;#160; As far as I know the only way to fix it is to do another refresh which changes the songs again.&amp;#160; No point in having an automatic refresh if this is the case because it doesn't do me any&amp;#160;good.&amp;#160; Anybody have a fix for this or because I manually sync does this mean I can't really use the auto refresh to any meaningful extent unless I happen to have the Zune software open at the time it's scheduled to refresh?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;#160;When I tried to sync my Zune 120 this last time last night, &amp;#160;13 songs (all older purchases from Marketplace a few months ago, and &lt;U&gt;I have never had a Zunepass to 'rent' songs&lt;/U&gt;) unsynced from the 120 because they are &amp;quot;no longer available from Zune Marketplace&amp;quot;.&amp;#160; &amp;quot;Close your eyes forever&amp;quot; by Lita Ford and everything from Kelly Clarkson and a few others.&amp;#160; They were MP3's.&amp;#160; I can't even play them on my computer anymore.&amp;#160;&amp;#160;They are still listed there but WONT play because of the above error.&amp;#160; &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This begs a few questions:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What the heck?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;How can I un-own a song I already paid for?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If Marketplace decided to stop offering a song, is that retroactive?&amp;#160; &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do I get reimbursed for songs that I paid for that Zune renders worthless on the computer and removes from my player?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If, in the future Zune and Marketplace close up due to competition, and the songs I purchased supposedly free and clear are still somehow tied to the Marketplace website, will all my purchased $$ downloaded songs stop working?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;And, of course, what's going on?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>So if I had a zune pass subscription, downloaded a bunch of songs, then later canceled my pass, the songs would all be unplayable(minus the 10 you get drm free) even if i still have the actual files on my computer.&amp;#160; &lt;br&gt;My question is are those files not meaningless, forever? Would I be able to reactivate my account and be able to play those songs again? &lt;br&gt;Would I have to start again from nothing? &lt;br&gt;Do they keep a list of songs each expired account have so that I could at least have a list of what I had from which I could to redownload from?&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Basically to what extent does my pass expire? &lt;P&gt;In the past I found out the hard way that there was a limit to how many times you can restore a song that was downloaded (3 or 4 times I believe). My question relates to how Zune and Xbox are now integrated and the fact that I should be able to download a video purchased on one to the other system. I am wondering if I purchase a video on my xbox or pc and then delete it, is there a limit to how many times it can be restored? I am wondering this because If&amp;#160;I download it on my xbox and then on my pc later, I am concerned that it might use up two of my licenses and would prefer to just download it to my primary device if this is an issue.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought Blink from the Dr. Who show&amp;#160;in November.&amp;#160; After installing Win7, I went back to XP.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Now, the videos won't play.&amp;#160; Your tech support told me to delete the video and then restore the video.&amp;#160; It won't let me and it's telling me that I have reached the maximum amount of downloads.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The next time, they tell me to click &amp;quot;Buy&amp;quot; after navigating to it in the marketplace.&amp;#160; After doing that, they said it would give me the option to restore.&amp;#160; It didn't and now it took 160 points to buy the video. &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;NOW, the problem is that it's STILL telling me that I've downloaded it too many times even though you've already charged me for the video AGAIN.&amp;#160; I need my 160 points back since your software won't let me rebuy it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;All I wanted to do was to have a copy of this show, but it looks like I'm going to have to buy the disc on eBay or something because by the time this gets figured out, I would've paid for the disc with all the points I've wasted.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;They were supposed to reset my DRM so I could restore it, but the woman was so irritating and reading off a manual the whole time (plus the fact that I went through Level 1 support for 15 minutes and then had to repeat this for another 15 minutes all over again with a level 2 support tech who was more innane than the level 1 tech)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can I just get my 160 points back?&amp;#160; I don't want to go through phone support again because it's a waste of time and my cell phone minutes.&lt;/P&gt;

Simple fix to change my computer's region to Canada and now I can't even see the Marketplace tab. I'm also unable to download podcasts or subscribe to new ones.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Edit: Changing my computer's region back to the US allows me to view the marketplace but I am unable to subscribe to anything without having to sign in and getting the error station that my country isn't the US.&lt;br&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I would like to combine both of them in some way.&amp;#160;&amp;#160;I hate to see all my plays gone to waste, this sounds so sad lol...&lt;/P&gt;
