I feel like im one and a million..either some of da hommies hide their R&B jams they listen to who i know in real life or i just don't know. Don't get me wrong i dig rap but only a handful. Jay-z,Lupe,B.I.G,Nas, and Big L. But like 80% of the time i bump R&B or R&b soul.. imma straight dude...but why MOST niggas who dont listen to hardcore rap get looked at different? How do you most of your females feel about dudes listening to if not same but more R&B than you do?

Her first album didn't really do it for on first listen but Like A Dream was fire. I was in the car with my aunt and she loved the album. The more I heard it the more I like it. So suffice it to say it was a grower. I played Epiphany expecting it to be the same way but nope. The album was instantly fire to me. Its the best R&B album I've bought in a minute. Ne-Yo's album was the last one I ran into the ground. Coincidently he produced this new one. This girl needs her props. Anyone else have it?

Ok i had never heard of this singer till last week. But i have absolutely fallen in love with her music. She is currently offering up her latest album Spandex,Rhymes,Soul to download free from her Myspace page. I would certainly recommend it to anyone into RnB or Neosoul. (Not quite sure what genre would be catergorized under).

GOOD album! THANK GOD he's no longer on Bad Boy!! P Diddy Puff 'N Stuff would've stifled him. The album isn't groundbreaking in any way but it's a good listen and does not bore. There are a couple of songs towards the middle of the album that I FF'ed past but that's about it. He's no Ne-Yo when it comes to lyrics but the music is nice and smooth.

GREAT album! 4/5 mics. 4/5 stars. A-. Whatever scale you want me to use...just know that this album is what's up! More memorable than than the 2nd album. More soulful and less Tony Bennett (not that that was bad, mind you) LOL! No Other Love (ft. Estelle) is hot. I could've done without Brandy on Quickly. Satisfaction, This Time and (of course) Green Light are stand out tracks, in my opinion, as well. I'm glad he left If You're Out There on the album too. Just enough 'politics' w/o BEING political, if that makes any sense. Can't Be My Lover, a full-on reggae track, was unexpected and VERY welcome. The underlying beat is 'common' for reggae but it THUMPS for real. John's gonna be hittin' us in the head with great music for quite some time to come.

I'm looking for that Artist that you have to know his/her momma to even know about them. :) I just downloaded Algebra Blessett and she was a plesant surprise. I heard of her a while back, but didnt realize her album had come out.
