      <description>So I picked an MLS theme and the engraving is on the back, but the background image they show on the website when I ordered the thing is nowhere to be found on the device.&amp;#160; I don't know if the team logo should be the background image or not, nor do I know if it should be in the pictures I have on the device, but the logo they show so brightly on the screen is not anywhere I can find it.&amp;#160; Anyone else order a ZO and if so does the screen ever look like the website?</description>

      <description>I really would like to get a new zune hd with custom art but I don't really like any of the current art selections. When I purchased my 80 I wanted to get that customized but the week I bought one the origanals was not available, I thought that selection would remain and more art would just be added to the selection. Which comes to the subject of my question when will new art be available and what is the time cycle for fresh art. Also will you still offer&amp;#160;current art and just add new art to the selection or will it just be&amp;#160;rotated out&amp;#160;as new art comes in?</description>

      <description>I've looked time and time again at the art currently offered for Zune originals and it's all pretty bland in my opinion.&amp;#160; In the sticky at the top of this forum area, there was a post made last year about Zodiac symbols coming.&amp;#160; Why isn't there more choice for the Zune Originals?&amp;#160; The current selection really is lacking.&amp;#160; I'd really like to have&amp;#160;one with my Zodiac sign on and so would my sister.&amp;#160; The smiley face design that once was up was really nice as well.&amp;#160; on my Zune 80, I have the rockin' headphones.&amp;#160; What happened to the old designs and why aren't they still available?</description>

      <description>This is probably and incredibly ignorant question, but I've searched all over google and can't find the answer. I recently ordered a Custom Zune 120 and was wondering what accessories come with it. I would assume the same that come with any Zune you buy at the store (headphones, usb link cable...) but after watching several unboxings on the internet I can't tell that they come with anything except the Zune and a nice thank you letter. So if some one could clear that up for me that would be great. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;And also, my confirmation email states that my order will ship in 10 to 14 days. Now I am assuming that means that it will arrive in 10 to 14 days instead of meaning that they will acctually ship it from their headquarters in 10 to 14 days and I will receive it some time after that. I am I correct about that?&lt;br&gt;</description>

      <description>I ordered my red Zune HD with the FC Dallas logo on the back (no other custom inscription) on September 18th. &amp;#160;I received the order confirmation email that day. &amp;#160;I started reading about delays on orders so I emailed customer support on Sept 28th and they responded that I hadn't paid for my order yet. &amp;#160;Turns out something on their end was screwy because my credit card company was waiting for them to authorize the charge. &amp;#160;Once that was taken care of I've periodically emailed to ask about my order and they would give me the same basic response that others have noted. &amp;#160;Finally I got notice that in fact my Zune HD was ready but the Zune HD AV Dock was out of stock and that was holding up my order and they should have some in later this week. &amp;#160;I just received an email saying my order was cancelled and they are issuing a refund with no details, so I don't know if the entire order was cancelled or just the out of stock Zune HD AV Dock. &amp;#160;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;I've now received two emails giving me $15 worth of Microsoft Points for a total of $30. &amp;#160;One a couple of weeks ago for the delay in my order and I guess the second one is for the cancellation of my order. &amp;#160;Too bad I don't actually own a Zune to use the Microsoft Points on. &amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Is anyone else as frustrated as I am about this whole process?&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;UPDATE - They cancelled my entire order because they said they couldn't modify the order to just include the Zune HD and not the Dock.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;UPDATE 2 - I reordered my Zune HD without the AV Dock and I should receive it today. &amp;#160;&lt;/div&gt;</description>

      <description>SO looking at the Zune 80 and 120 on the Zune Originals order page, it appears the backside of both devices is made of a white plastic-y material instead of the normal metal... maybe it's just a bad image on Microsoft's part but I would be really disappointed if they had stopped using aluminum for the back.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Can anyone confirm or deny this?       <description>I love that my Zune HD Original that i bought on September 27th has NOT even shipped yet. Wanna know why? EVEN&amp;#160; THOUGH the text i put on my device fit perfectly on the site they were not able to get it on the actual Zune HD. The best part it, they didn't even care to contact me and tell me that they were having a difficulty. Yep. Their bulls**t response was &amp;quot;We are currently working on a resolution for this issue, and should have further 
information shortly.&amp;quot; Basically, they e-mailed me after I waited a week to freaking hear from them because I didn't receive a shipping e-mail or anything. I was hoping I was like the others on this forum who didn't receive an e-mail and their Zune HD just arrived at their door. I'm glad I e-mailed them because they would of freakin' done it. I had to e-mail them to get a response of what the hell was going on. They could of completely blew through this issue if only they would contact me and say &amp;quot;hey, sorry, we made a mistake, the text you chose couldn't fit, can you think of something else to put?&amp;quot; But, NOPE appears they were just gonna sit there with their fingers up their a**es just sitting with my money doing nothing. I am COMPLETELY irritated with the Zune Originals team, I think they should get their methods fixed. I told them i better get my $15 back and they better find a way to get my Zune HD here within a day when it ships, i recommended teleporters.       <description>...it is the wrong one.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I ordered a 32GB Zune HD within 30 minutes of the Zune Originals site putting them up for sale. 14 business days later, they ship one with the wrong tattoo. I've already sent their support line a message about it and asked for a refund. This is the first and last time time I will do business with ZO.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;This is unfortunate because I'm a huge fan of the Zune platform. I have a Pass, use the software to manage my music and have three players. I can't wait until Zune is integrated with the 360. I will continue recommending Zune as an alternative to the iTunes ecosystem, but I can't recommend ZO to anyone who wants to buy a Zune.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Thanks for letting me vent.&lt;br&gt;</description>
