Hi I, since video playback on the xbox is new here in Denmark, i'm wondering why there aren't any subtitles in the movies in Danish?

Anyone else expering this too?

I think it's ok, but videos I redownloaded aren't playable on Xbox. It's not too big, though, but it makes u wonder.

Xbox Zune And Pc Account

Hey all,
I don't have a Zune HD, but I do have Zune Player now on the 360, so my question is this:
If I install the Zune software on my pc and buy a film or TV show, will the item be registered on my Account, ie when I turn my 360 on, will the products I buy over the internet be available to watch on my 360?

360 disconnects after trying....... help

After trying to play anything on the 360 after clicking on zune media. Trying to watch movie trailers or music videos to see how it looks it tries loading sometimes plays a couple seconds worth then it automatically disconnects me from my internet. I have to unplug wireless connector from back of 360 for it to repickup my signal. Anyone with any suggestions thanks in advance

Transfering videos form Xbox 360 to Zune software.

Ok, so i figured out that to get videos that i purchased on my Xbox 360 to my Zune HD was that i had to go into the Zune software, into settings, account, and then download history and there are all of the videos that i downloaded. My problem is that when i go to redownload the videos on to my computer to put them on my Zune, i keep getting error code C1010026. It says that i can't download this to my computer and that to download or watch this i have to use my Xbox 360. I clicked on web help and it said that there is no web help on this specific error code. My Zune software is up to date, my player software is up to date and i have the dashboard update installed. I'm using the same Windows Live ID for both accounts. Anything i bought after the update i can redownload on to my computer but nothing that i bought before the update. I don't know if this problem is that the integration is not fully complete between Zune marketplace on the Xbox and the computer and that this problem will resolve its self in a couple of days or what. Because on the Zune marketplace on the Xbox, it has videos on it that the Zune software on the computer doesn't have yet. Can somebody please help me. Thanks in advance.

HD streaming on a non HDMI 360

I have an older 360 w/o an HDMI port. I use component cables to connect to my 1080p capable TV. Is my understanding correct that you need an HDMI connection to your TV to get full (1080p) HD steaming?

I was under the impression that I was going to be able to connect to my Zune library on my PC from the new Xbox 360 application. Boy, was I wrong. I listen to my music in my living room every day via the Media Center Extender on my Xbox but doesn't update my play count on my Zune account. Once I heard that Zune was coming to the Xbox, I really thought everything was going to be integrated into the new application so that everything is centralized via Zune just the way iTunes does it. Whether you are on a Mac, an iPhone, AppleTV or iPod, everything is on iTunes. Once again another letdown from Microsoft.

How do i get my videos that i downloaded to my xbox 360 to transfer to my Zune HD?

Zune just appeared in the marketplace, so I downloaded the 5 mb install for it. I didn't realise it was going to load up everytime I want to play a video that is saved on the 360 HD. The delay in loading zune just to play a video annoys me so I'd like to take it off. How do I remove Zune from my 360?

I've looked in the memory section in the console settings bit but can't find it.

Please help.

Music an Videos on Network Storage?

I have a peculiar problem. I have my music and videos stored on a network drive its an old Buffalo NAS and does not offer anything fancy like UPnP or Server capabilities its just a network storage drive. The Zune software on my laptop and the Windows Media Player software can see and play all the files but when I go to my Xbox to try and play the files it shows the folder but when I go into the folder it says there are no files. Could this have something to do with the fact that its an old NAS and doesnt have the UPnP or server capabilities? The files when they are on my computer work on the Xbox just fine its when I put them on the NAS that they stop working?

How to use one account for xbox and zune

Is there any way to use the same windows live account for both my xbox live and my zune hd? When I try to change my xbox live account to the same email address as my zune it says that the address is already being used with my zune and I should try another.

Looking around on the internet I was thinking that this was something msft hadn't implemented yet and would be coming soon but after reading some people posts it sounds as if you can already do this. I'd really like to have one account so any points I have are usable for either system.

Any help would be appreciated.

Zune Xbox 360 playback or Zune Dock?

Well i don't like using my xbox to play music from my zune, first dashboard is bad for finding songs, Also on xbox you can only search through artist, on the dock it looks like it's the zune interface on your TV which is great.

Questions...

1) If zune pluged into xbox will the xbox play a zune marketplace rental movie off it?
2) Is the remote a pain, good distance?
3) with the dock can you use the zune to find a song and play it?
4) since i have an xbox is it worth getting a zune dock?

Please add Win7 "Play To" functionality!

Hi,
Windows Media Player in Windows 7 comes with an awesome new feature called "Play To" which lets you make a playlist on the PC and then play it to a supported device anywhere else on your network.

In my house, the supported device is a Xbox 360 running the Media Center Extender. It works pretty nicely and appears to be able to deal with both Zune Pass songs as well as those purchased in the Zune store.

The flaws are as follows:
* Windows Media Player, just isn't as slick as as Zune
* WMP cannot access the Zune playlists or Smart DJ
* I think the play count gets updated in the WMP library as opposed to the Zune library

On the extender side, the "now playing view" isn't as great as the Zune's flying artist view, but that's not Zune's turf yet...

I am playing music using the Zune Software on my HTPC. After playing music for 10 minutes the screen goes blank, TV says it does not have a signal and no sound comes out. When I move a mouse it comes back on, and the music is still playing like it never stopped. I cannot figure out if this is a powersave issue on my computer or on the TV.

Any help would be appreciated!

Zune as a memory unit for 360??

Hello all, I am a new zune fan and was wondering if The Zune HD can carry my gamertag and save data wirelessly from place to place. I have friends and co-workers who own Xbox 360 and would like to reduce the number of items needed to take with me. IE I would love to leave my memory unit at home and just use my zune to avoid recovering my gamertag everywhere.

When will XBL and Zune fully sync?

I've purchased all the new 1080p "The Universe" on the new zune marketplace on xboxlive yet when i open zune on my PC using the same email address/account it says i can only buy the content.

I was hoping to use the Zune software to stream my desktop wallpaper and photo collections to my Xbox 360, the same way I stream my music, adding the folders under the 'Collection' tab in options, but I've found two things:

1) First, when adding the folder, the Zune software seems to stop half-way through my collection (at about 12,000 images). There doesn't seem to be a manual research/resync button like on TVersity, so what should I do?

2) None of the files will show up on my Xbox 360. None. Including the JPG/JPEG files. They are actually present, in that they show up as empty portraits, but trying to access one will result in a "Loading picture" message before the generic 'X' portrait. They show up on the Zune software, however.

This seems to be true for both small folders and large ones. Is there some trick to getting the Zune to share JPGs? I never had any trouble getting it to share audio files.

ZunePass Streaming to Xbox plays from my Notebook, but won't work from my Desktop. It will play via Media center.

Well, there is my angle. I have been able to stream my ZunePass content from my macbook pro running windows 7 RTM to my xbox 360. All content works. I have a custom built PC running windows 7 RTM 64 bit. It however can only play music that is unprotected over the streaming network. I just got off the phone with microsoft and they tell me that they cannot help me with this because its not suppose to be doing what i am doing. He even told me that connecting my zune directly to my Xbox, only unprotected content should be able to play(which as very wrong lol). He then told me he couldn't help me and that there was no one that could. ...

There are my Computers, a custom PC 7 RTM 64 bit. A macbook pro running 7 RTM 32, and a Netbook running 7 32bit. My Macbook pro is able to stream all content. It is even able to access the libaries and stream the music when i turn sharing off in my zune software on that computer.

My custom PC is able to stream music that is unprotected by accessing my music but is only able to play protected content via Windows Media Center.

My netbook is not able to play protected content from my zunesharing but can play unprotected content.

I am thinking somehow my Zune software pared with my notebook and its only computer it can play protected content form outside of Media Center.

I would like to unpair my xbox form that computer and pair it to my main desktop as that is where all of my media is stored

I have a 30gb Zune. Not HD. But I did download a movie rental from zune marketplace that I was going to stream from the zune software to my 360 however the movie is not listed.

all my other media is detected and plays fine. Is it not possible to stream a HD movie rental from pc to 360?

I know that currently when you stream music from your computer to your Xbox 360 using Zune software that it doesn't count the song plays. After the Xbox 360-Zune integration will the song plays be counted from your Xbox 360?
