Error when trying to Update Zune

Error when trying to Update Zune

 I have connected my Zune and I am given a message that the software on the Zune needs to be updated. So I click update and instantly get an error code: C00D11CD

I then click Web Help and it says there isn't any specific info to help for that error code. Can anybody HELP me with this error code?
