Help a Costa Rican please !!!!!!
    Every time I try to install for the first time the Zune software the same message appears in the monitor: " Installation method cant be found. The system didnt find the installation package "Watson". Its possible that it is incomplete or damaged. Error code 0x80070002 ". Please help me!!!!

What operating system are you using? Zune only works on XP service pack 2 and Vista.

       I am using Windows XP with Service Pack 2. (In Spanish)

Make sure you have all of your latest windows updates. Did you download the latest software version from Zune.net?

    Yes I downloaded the software from this address: www.zune.net/setup. And then I clicked in a link that says DOWNLOAD THE SOFTWARE ONLY

You'll need to make sure that .NET 2.0 is installed on your PC. Zune needs it to run properly.

The first thing you'll need to do is go to the Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs, enable any updates to be shown, and look for .NET 2.0 Framework. If you don't see it in there, then go to Windows Update, do a custom update, check all of the categories (I think it is in the Windows category) and download and install it from there.

    I dont know if the following are good or bad news but I have the .Net Framework 2.0 installed in my computer. Is it necessary to downladed again and then run it?
