Major 30 gig issues
My 30 gig zune is no longer playing any music but the music I've uploaded via ripping cd's, and it tells me that my Zune's information for syncing with the Zune software is not valid and to confirm my user information. Once it starts that and I enter my password it just keeps on asking me the same thing, and that's when it detects my zune at all. I've tried updating my drivers and I updated my zune just today because my some miracle it synced properly for 10 minutes and then promptly disconnectecd itself upon completing the update. Also, I tried transfering to another credit card inc ase it was an issue with my account, but it told me the page was not available once I entered my information and tried to continue to the next page.

I need help asap, I've had so many issues up to this point I'm considering switching to an ipod.

EDIT: I reset it and now it syncs, but it will not play my music once it's disconnected. I get the message "The item is missing or can't be displayed". It also is asking me to confirm my account information twice each time my Zune is connected to my laptop.

Does ANYONE have an answer? Even telling me I'm out of luck would be better than nothing.

try a couple things:

First try going to settings/device then click (erase all content) then resync the device and try it.

If that doesn't work:

Second try going to settings/device then click (forget this device) then come out of settings. Next unplug then replug the device in link your zune to your account and see if that works.
