Zune 120 battery issue
Hi!

I recently purchased a Zune 120, and have been having some battery issues.  It'll be playing, chugging along just fine with about half the battery listed on the meter (as of my last attempt), and the player will randomly die.  An attempt to restart it shows the "no battery" indicator.  I figured it was a battery calibration issue, and made sure to recharge completely, and drain completely.  I've gone through this cycle a couple of times, and the battery meter is still not calibrated properly.  As for the battery life, it gets about 12-15 hours on a full charge, which seems normal for a PMP with a physical hard drive.  I'm not sure if continuing to calibrate it will eventually fix it, or if I'll have to send it in for repairs.  About the only thing I haven't tried is a full wipe and restore.  Anyone out there have a tip or two?  Thanks a ton.

One cal is all you need.  But it looks like you are doing it backward...regardless of your current charge state, drain it completely, then recharge completely...  And drain completely means when it shuts down, start it again and let it go until when you restart it, it only lives for a short time...like less than half a minute.

Awesome!  I'll give it a shot.  In any case, the warranty is still good for a while, so there's always that.  Thanks!
