Trouble Updgrading Zune HD 32 to 4.3 Software

New to Zune and these forums, searched for this but couldn't find anything that applied to Zune HD. I connected my ZuneHD and the software prompted me for an update. Tried updating several times (rebooted software/computer) and each time I get the same message: Error During Player Update the Error Code: C1010007. The ZuneHD seems to be working fine on its own, I'm just not able to update the software. Any suggestions? Thanks

yea...im having trouble with my zune hd 16gb updating to 4.3 also. i called customar support and they did not answer my question wat so ever they said it hasnt gotten sent to me yet. microsoft seriously? if someone that works for zune can fix this please do it immediatly. i need 4.3!
