Zune iz completely croken from me. All of the non-mp3 purchases i have made since 2006 regularly become unplayable due to "no rights" or because i supposedly cant sign in (even though i am already signed in and browsing/downloading from the marketplace)... songs and videos are no longer "available" at the marketplace which in crazy zune land apparently means i cannot play them anymore even though i purchased them and own them. already called support which told me they will not refund me any money for all these broken songs and thats just the way it works. any way i can 'reset' my zune purchase history... cause as it stands i couldnt even pay to redownload something if i wanted to b/c it says i have already downloaded it (dont want to start a new account cause its tied with my xbox)
does anybody else have these problems?
i am so frustrated i want to throw my zune in the trash... despite being a ridiculous microsoft loyalist
