zune car pack goes off!

Hi, i'm having trouble with my zune car pack (the fm transmiter). When it's on and transmiting, it just goes off, without warning, it's just do. And several times, it's very very annoying. Anybody knows what could be the problem? really need help!

I have a v2 car pack and it does that to me when i have just plugged it in. I usually have to restart my zune to have sound again...but I don't know of the specific problem, just a fix
