re: Cant remove Music Monitored folders

Hi,

I have a   snafu and need help. I have 3 folders being monitored for music. 1 is the default, 1 is still a empty folder, and 1 is my music folder . I want remove the 2 folders that are empty  and have it monitor a external drive but zune software says " you have chosen to put your purchsed. dowloaded or rip content in this folder. If you need to remove this folder from monitored folder group first remove it from zune folder" ....I have no idea what its talking about. These folders never had any media and i have not purchased anything from the zune market...I just added a new empty music folder and it wont let me remove it for the same reason. now i have 4 unremovable folders...All the other collections do not have this issue......Please help

I have used the software reset , i have uninstalled and reinstalled but i still get the same prompt. Any help would be appreciated....Thank You

Thanx once again, ....There actually was no Zune folders . I needed to add one and that took care of the issue..I do appreciate your Help.
