Can't buy points with military address!!!

Can't buy points with military address!!!
Help, I am military over seas trying to buy points. I needed to update with my credit card information and new mailing address with FPO AP. The zune.net doesn't recornize the address and so I can't buy points. Does anyone know how to help?
