need help with media
I just bought this new Zune HD off some guy locally. It works perfect, I love it.. Altough, I cannot get his music off of it. I got all his pictures, movies, podcasts, ect off but even after i hit remove all it says its got 30 free gbs or w/e. then i sync my music from my computer which is nothing alike his and when i go look at my zune, all his stuff is back on as well as mine. I dont want his stuff, I do not like it, it takes up space. Can someone help??

How are you removing it?  You should connect it, click device, go to his content and select a bunch, then right click->delete.
You can also use the instructions in this post to completely erase the device and resync from scratch.

Neither do I.  It cannot be erased and suddenly reappear.  Are you positive it is not on your PC?
try it again, but set your sync mode to 'let me choose' and start by sync'ing your stuff a little at a time.

wow....  I'd almost say that is cool, except I know it's annoying you...

Try erasing it a slightly different way.  From the OP in this thread: http://forums.zune.net/1/49/231510/ShowPost.aspx#231510

Do it this way:

To Initialize/Format - Reboot device (turn the device completely off) then when turning the device back on hold the home (center) button and media button(on the side) at the same time. This will delete all content off of the device and allows firmware reinstall
