last sync?

ok so i updated to the newest software (not sure it is a god thing) and now it has tried to sync all my music on my zune (even though i has it set to let me choose) and i do not want it all on there. So is there a way to undo the last sync or delete all the songs that were just synced to my zune! please help.

Are you sure it isn't set to 'all' right now? If it's set correctly.... check your sync groups; the only way content syncs when you are in 'choose' mode is if you asked it to. Your defined content will be listed in the sync group breakdown.
