Excuse me....... I said I would not REMOVE the properly operating software (it's at least 10 years old) ....... I'm looking for a solution....... The ZUNE software is new on the scene so therefor quite possible the ZUNE software is at fault, and is not comparable with the legacy software...
And just for your information, I have removed and reinstalled both applications and problem still exists.......
