Why cant I retrieve items for playback on my Zune HD from the Zune market place that I purcahsed on xbox live ?

That fuction is not live yet. Once the full update hits XBL later this month it should work.

Microsoft sucks I spoke with costumer support and i was told that they're unable to restore any of my content that i downloaded from the original xbox live market place on my zune hd or pc if i want to view these items i have to buy them all over on the zune market place thats 3 years worth of content buyer beware.
