Zune software not installing

hi,

i have the zune hd 16 gb, i tried downloading the zune software 4.0 on my windows vista (X-86 PC), but as soon as i click on the setup file it freezes after 5-secs, there is just no movement after that.

Zune wont let me do anything unless i sync it with the software.

I have a Zune HD on order and have tried to download the 4.0 software.  I get the same message, it seems like a lot of people are having the same problem.  I am not seeing anyone with a solution.  I am getting worried about my decision to buy Zune over Touch.

MS operating system, MS Zune SW and it won't work and MS has no answer.  That is serious.

I now have the Zune HD 32.  Still cannot get the Setup file to run and load the Zune 4.0 software on my computer.  I have 2 of the docks and was ready to enjoy this product.  Boy, does MS know how to kill enthusiasm.  I have called MS, Hp and posted on the forums, no useful information on how to get setup to run.  Is it possible that I am the only person having the problem, the only person with XP and a Zune.  I have a $500 paperweight.  It certainly does not live up to the hype.  Sorry I bought, Yes.
