Zune install games update freezes up on step 3 of 4 after update to 3.20(35) on 80 GB

Following the update instructions it finishes the main update and then asks if you want to add games. I clicked yes and the update screen came back and went through steps 1 and 2, but when 3 came up the 5 minute update ran for 2 hours and kept my CPU maxed out at 100% and never progressed from there. Anyone else? Any suggestions?

I have the same problem with my Zune 30 after erasing all content and re-syncing. The sync worked fine, but the installation of the games stalled at step 3 of 4. I unplugged the Zune, checked the games and they all seem to work. I don't like disconnecting the Zune while the software says not to, but it had obviously locked up. I had to use Task Manager to close the Zune software. Everything else seems to work fine. I uninstalled the Zune software, reinstalled it and tried again just to see, but got the same result. What's the solution?
