Zune HD is crashed by cell phone wireless signal

When I put my iPhone 3GS and Zune HD inside the same pocket with the Zune HD's back facing the back of the iPhone 3GS, whenever there is a reception either 3G Internet connection or phone call, I hear EM interference on my headphone that is connected to the Zune HD playing radio, music, or video.  The Zune HD then either crashes to a blue and white vertical stripes screen and I must need to hold the power and the home button simultaneously to hard reset the Zune HD.

I think Zune HD's EM shielding is almost non existances that a cell phone wireless power is able to disrupt the internal component of the Zune HD.

Anybody experience the same thing as I do?

I haven't experienced that exact scenario however, sometimes I get interference in my car speakers from my mobile phone. I don't think there is much you can do.

It is a well-known phenomenon that cell phone calls and interference can mess with other electronic devices. My speakers garble every time my cell phone goes off within a 10-foot radius; I wouldn't be surprised if the Zune experienced issues, as well.

In terms of a fix, I have no idea... try opposite pockets? :)

I can't the other side is for keys and wallet.  Man.... this is bad.... I guess i have to put the Zune HD and iPhone 3GS in 69 position.  That way, the antenna of the iPhone won't have that much interference.

I've had this happen a couple times. Just turn off your wireless on the ZuneHD. seems to fix it for me for some reason.

What a great way to freak someone out, I kind of wish one of my devices did that.

Like others have said above wireless signals can mess with other devices so their really isn't anything you can do to stop it other then keeping them apart, sorry.
