Cancel my Zune Pass

When my 14 day free trial Zune pass ends, do I have to go back to account settings and If I decide I want to start A plan for one of the Zune passes do I just pick it or when my free 14 day trial ends do I get charged automatically for A Zune pass? The reason is I tried to cancel my free 14 days Zune pass but never got A confirmation that it was canceled.

Try going to the marketplace and downloading something. If it prompts you to pay, then you don't have the Zune pass anymore

also, the free downloads that you got from the trial period should disappear
