Hi fod6154 - this is a known issue, we're still working on it. Some users have reported that uninstalling and reinstalling their Zune software fixes it. If you have a few minutes to spare, please also follow the instructions I posted at http://forums.zune.net/2/4/531998/ShowPost.aspx#531998 to capture some log files and send them to us, which will help us understand the problem better.
