How to download the software outside of US!

So, I was an exchange student and I bought my Zune there....I was happy untill I came back to Turkey. Cause my laptop broke and I losst all savings...Now to use or to do anything with my zune, like you know I need the software but well....I tried to download it. It doesnt work... What should I do ??

Note- this is the complete install package, usually intended for folks who don't have windows update access. So, that means it is very, very BIG.
