Hello all I am looking for some help with my Zune120 Original. I was listening to music a couple of weeks ago when it just turned off. It has a full to 3/4 full of battery life. I gave it a couple of weeks to see if it was a charge issue so it would be drained. I tried to turn it on no luck. I tired a hard reset no luck. Also tried to plug it into my computer with the USB cable plugged into the back USB and front USB cable and still no luck. This is the second time this has happened. First time I sent it out and they could not find anything wrong with it and it worked for them fine I received the same one back just formatted. Now I love my Zune minus this happening twice. Any ideas or am I stuck calling support to have it sent back out again to find nothing wrong with it again?
