I'm getting the subject error when trying to play purchased songs on my computer. The songs play fine on my zune 80. I've recently upgraded from 32-bit vista to 64-bit win7, and am running the 64-bit version of the zune software (version 4.0.740.0). Not sure if the problem happened at the same time as the upgrade, tho it stands to reason.
I've tried clearing out the DRM folder, and uninstalling zune/running unzoone/reinstalling, and numerous reboots. I also tried "restore all" in Settings -> Account -> Purchase History.
None of that was a fix.
Can anyone help?
