I got my Blue Zune HD 32g IN A WEEK! THANK YOU ZO TEAM :]
Woot. I ordered it at 9PM Oct 1 and got it 9AM Oct 8!
Not only that, I picked standard shipping. And it said it would be delivered on Oct 13, less than 2 weeks which is fast.

I am very happy with it.

yeah me too!! 
I ordered my blue 16 gb zune hd on Tuesday October 20th, and it was shipped from China that Friday the 23rd, and then I just got it this morning on Monday the 26th! So it was less than 1 week for me! I also picked standard shipping of 10-14 days. 

I didn't get any artwork or engravings, which is why it probably was so short in delivery time. I didn't really feel the need to put anything on the back, considering that I barely looked at the back of my zune 8gb at all when i was using it, and I didnt feel like risking going through all the problems that other people had when they picked artwork to put on (like wrong artwork), I just wanted my Zune HD to be blue, which it is :)

I think it's important to post the positive stuff on this forum also so here it goes... I too ordered a Zune HD from the Originals website. I got it online because I wanted a Zune HD 32 in black and all they had was the platinum in the stores. I got it engraved but with no picture.... ( I didn't like the picture selection enough to spend the extra $15, LOL. I ordered it on Thursday the 29th of October and got it on Monday the 2nd of November! (4 days from ordering it to getting it) Now that's service..... Kudos to the shipping department. You guys rock so now I can too!! BTW - the internet DOES NOT do the Zune HD justice... the screen is so very nice... love it!!
