This worked for me:
===== For XP =====
1. Start -> Run
2. Type CMD and press enter
3. Enter these commands and press enter after each
cd\windows\system32
regsvr32 wmnetmgr.dll
4. Type exit, and then press ENTER to close the Command Prompt window.
===== For Vista =====
1. Click the start button. Type cmd into the Start Search box, right click cmd under Programs at then click Run as Administrator

I am getting the same error when I try to play something off marketplace.
I tried going into the command prompt and I am still getting the error. any other suggestions?
