Can I set new default computer

I have Zune software loaded on 3 computers. My laptop was my original computer. But I had to reformat the hard drive. So when I loaded the zune software back on the laptop, I can not download music. I can just play music. Is there a way of changing which computers can download music, as in changing which computer is the default or primary one. Thanks for any help.

On your lappy, try going to settings then account then purchase history. There you can restore all music you bought. Or your firewall may be blocking the software

From what I understand you can only download Zune Pass songs to three computers, and the software must think your reformatted laptop is a different computer. Can you go into the Account settings in the Zune program, list your registered computers, and "Remove" your laptop's original installation? That should free up one of those three slots so you can download again.
