Software says device memory is full, but it's not

The bar at the bottom of the summary screen has it all right except for the videos. I only have like 1.2 gigs of video but the software says that I have 2.6 gigs, filling up the rest of the memory.

I've restarted the device and the computer several times. Also, my device says that I have a bit more than a gig free (which is correct), so this is a problem with the software.

How do I fix this?

This might have something to do with the translation of gigabytes from a decimal system to a binary system -

1 GB decimal is 1000^3 bytes, while 1 GB binary is 1024^3 bytes

but that shouldn't make much of a difference

Only suggestion I can make is resyncing your videos....

delete from device then send again

I'm guessing a more tech-saavy person will come along with better instructions though, so you should wait a bit for more replies before taking any action
