I can't download all of my 10 free tracks

This is the second time that this happends to me. It's seems that I can't get all of my 10 free tracks each month. I get this error code

C101000B? What's going on? I paid my monthly subscrition every month.I don't owe Zune Marketplace anything. I think Im entitle to get what im paying for a monthly music pass and 10<---- SEE FREE SONGS EVERY MONTH not 9,8 but 10. Im very dissapointed with ZuneMarkeplace.

I think im going to go with the competition IPOD.

First - the competition does not give you 10 free downloads.

Second - this could be a problem with your anti-virus software. try to disable and see if that helps, also don't run other programs/apps while downloading like videos, you might be pushing your computer too hard during the download process.

I'm having the same problem. I tried to use my 10 song credits but it did not download any file even though a credit was deducted.

When I click on the "credits ( )" under my name it says: "Can't purchase due to a temporary server error. Please try again later." This is probably why no song downloaded when I used my credit. It created a folder for the song I purchased, but the folder was completely empty.

Since the song was supposedly an MP3 the Zune software will not allow me to try to download it again under my account settings.


BTW: I'm using Microsoft Security Essentials as my anti-virus program, so I don't think that would be causing the problem.

When the download fails like that, you should be able to click the "Download" button in the Marketplace once more, but this time when it brings up the confirm dialog, it should say "Restore" instead of use credit.  This allows you to re-download the previously purchased/downloaded song without using another credit.  =)

This is my second month have the Zune Pass service and it did not give me my credits for this month. I thought maybe my son used up the credits before I saw them, but when I go into my account history to see what was purchased there is nothing for this month at all. It shows I downloaded some songs, but there has been nothing purchased. I want the credits I'm supposed to have for this month since my account is active and I have been charged for the service.

Just got off phone with customer support. My son burned songs to CD and that automatically uses your credits if you haven't bought them ahead of time.
