PURCHASED MUSIC DRM RIGHTS MISSING
Help..somebody how is it that you buy the music it removes points from your account and yet the drm rights are not given , this is so worng on so many levels, since zune virtually has no customer service or is available to answer questions or resolve problems ..has anyone else expirenced this problem is the a resolution other than buying a Ipod?

You hit the nail on the head - customer service is nonexistent with issues that concern getting your money back.  Myself and a few others have contacted the Better Business Bureau.  It seems that this is the only way that customer service will give you the time of day (because they're legally obligated to once you fill out a complaint).  I got a call from them yesterday, and as of right now they're "investigating" the issue of my music being gone.  Don't know what will come of it yet, but it sucks that the consumers have to go to such levels to at least get an issue "investigated".  By the way, their customer service will treat you like you're the only one in the entire world that's had the problem.  Be ready for that load of crap!
