After I successfully installed the Zune 4.0 Software and started it, my screen got all flickery and garbled. Then, I managed to disable the video enhancements via shortcut properties, and that fixed it. But now, everyday off and on and without warning, my screen still gets garbled whether the Zune software is running or not. I tried to resolve it again using regedit, but I could not find the GeneralS key. It's really strange... I mean disabling video enhancements should have stopped it ...right? I can only guess that maybe there are still some Zune processes running in the background, or my video driver is somehow damaged from the initial software launch. Can someone help me please?
I'm using Windows XP Pro SP2 Display adapter is ATI RADEON XPRESS 200 (I think it's one that's built into the mobo)
