When I attemped to update my 30 gb brown from version 2.5 to 3.0 my device or player became stuck at step 2 it reads.... (on your PC, open the zune software and restore the zune firmware.). I Tried to reboot but it keeps reading the same message . and the software on my pc is telling me that my device is already updated. Im stuck now and hope not to loose all the data loaded on my device already . Can anyone help me.
