I tried to download Erasure's Abba-Esque album for 325 credit when it started to download it stoped and then showed that annoying yellow exlamation point next to each song. Of course it took the 325 credits but I still have yet to get my album! When I went into my purchase history the album shows in there with the yellow exclamation point next to each song. Whe I try to "Repurchase" I get the message of "You've exhausted the number of times you can restore this item."
This is insane how can I restore what I was never given after I purchased it!
ZUNE needs to get its act together and fix the many problems that are coming up. Some customer support might be nice as well. These forums are nice and all but for the love of god give me a person that works for the company who can fix the freaking problems!
