re: Podcasts Not Synching

I'm not sure I'm understanding your scenario. 

1. Are these podcast episodes that you had downloaded individually with something like IE?
2. Is this folder included in the list of podcast monitored folders (Navigate to Settings > Software > Collection in the Zune software)?

I am experiencing the same problem ever since I upgraded to the new version 4. I listen to a bunch of podcasts, TWiT, ESPN Baseball Today, CBS Radio World News, etc. The software would download the podcasts and I can play all the new downloads without any problems and when I try to synch it with my Zune I get the Error C00D117F (8004A211), Encounted an unknown error. I feel like I want to downgrade the software to 3.1 until the bugs are worked out.

Since the zune software upgrade to 4.0, I cannot get any of my podcasts to sync. I subscribed to several podcasts to via The Marketplace. I have tried everything I can think of to get my podcasts to sync, but so far the only thing that works is "drop'n'drag" to the zunes.  I have tried to use automatic sync, use the right-click menu, and the download button, but nothing works.  I had no problem with the previous version of the software.

Channels do not sync either.

Black 120 GB, Black 16 GB & Pink 4 GB zunes

I'm experiencing similar issue with my Zune 120.  None of the podcasts I subscribed to since upgrading to 4.0 is syncing with my device. I can watch/listen to them on my computer, but they don't even exist on my device.  On the other hand, the podcasts that were already on my device prior to the upgrade are syncing perfectly fine.  I have all the latest podcasts for those.

If it is the new upgrade that's causing this issue, I'd like to hear from Zune.

I've been experiencing a similar problem with my zune 80, except some play and some don't. Short ones like Brian Kilmeade's sportsblog and Fox & Friends transfer and play with no problem. However, NBC Nightly News appears in the podcast folder when connected to the pc, but I can't find it directly on the zune player.

Anyone hear from Zune on the fix?

Add one more to the list.  I can't sync a few Zune Pass tunes (that play fine in the 4.0 software), and more annoying, I can't sync purchased MP3 NO-DRM files.

Sure hope we hear something soon, this is realllly irritating.

Did anybody manage to find a solution for this ? I just bougth 6 songs, MP3, no DRM and het the same C00D117F error and can no synch them or the other things I have ...
