Is there something wrong with the planets artwork?

Is there something wrong with the planets artwork?
Ordered the planets artwork Sept 15th
They send me the boy-with-monkey artwork instead october 2nd
Send it back Oct 12th
... and now the service tracking says "zuneHD is being made"

Like seriously is there something wrong with that art?
I ordered my zuneHD a month and a half ago and have yet to recieve what I ordered. It's a joke. Love the product... even love the company. But I will deter ANYONE from ordering a zune online

I ordered at 12am of Sept. 15th, green zune with the solar system engraving, nothing wrong with it.

Owner of a brown Zune 30 and a red Zune 8.

And now a green ZuneHD.

Oh you recieved it already? Ugh...
Well I emailed them and they're compensating with premium headphones, and even more MS points (now a total of 3000) in addition to the AC adapter I already received. It's deserved though. IUt being November 2nd, and me ordering on September 15th.... this is RIDICULOUS

I received it on like the 3rd of October, it had dead pixels so I sent it to MS Service Center in Texas, I got a brand new one, same as the previous 2 weeks later.
