THERE IS NO HELP FROM MICROSOFT
I am currently taking care of a number of podcasts for clients.  Radio Disclosure has had the wrong graphic displayed on Zune Market place for a year! The graphic displayed is not even on our server.  There is no one, no place or thing you can write and get any support at all.
Last week from the Radio Disclosure Zune Marketplace page the website link worked.
Now that link crashes the Zune software.
Microsoft has made no effort to answer my last post on this forum that I would think would have got their attention.
Microsoft provides no method of interaction to podcasters and this frustrates even the largest television networks.
I know, I talk to their content people daily.
This something that Microsoft stockholders need to be made aware of.
Podcasting is a big deal today and I would think it vital to the promotion of the Zune product line.
Look for yourself how many folks read my last post at this time the count is 67 and not one response.
I would not expect forum members to answer  but I would expect Microsoft to respond in some way.
In our office we have 6 of the 30 gig Zune players.
From the start Microsoft would not support any of these players.
This is another thing Microsoft stockholders need to be made aware of!
I am going to devote a number of radio shows to this thing as I find it unthinkable.
I am going interview the content people from all of the television networks and talk about their struggle attempting to put content on Zune Marketplace.
ITunes provides podcast tech support as they appreciate content providers producing pod-casts and using ITunes.
In this economy there is no US company that can afford to be as smug and aloof as Microsoft!
With Microsoft the customer and consumer come last.
Microsoft has prospered and the US economy and population has been good to Microsoft.
This is how they show their appreciation.
I see great people in these forums struggling with problems and not a second is given to them by Microsoft.
What goes up can easily come back down.
I can clearly see why the Zune product line has done so poorly in-spite of it being a superior player to the IPOD.
The Zune product is clearly a better piece of hardware than the IPOD and the design engineers are geniuses.
The rest of Microsoft are lackluster and have clearly dropped the ball in all areas of the court.
Who wants to own something that has no support manufactured by a smug unthankful company!

re: THERE IS NO HELP FROM MICROSOFT
As you have probably noticed the Zune Team doesn't like to feed trolls, however since i'm relatively new to the forums, I say why not. I fail to see the reasoning behind your post. If Microsoft didn't support podcasters they wouldn't have updated the original devices to support podcasts. Have you emailed or contact Zune or Twitter? Have you contacted Rob Grenlee? What about Matt and Jessica?

re: THERE IS NO HELP FROM MICROSOFT
Well, all I can say is I am very interested to hear what the networks have to say if you are indeed going to interview them.  As much as some people say that it is Apple blocking content providers (networks, studios, etc) from providing content to the Zune marketplace, your post sheds an interesting light on something I was unaware of.

Looking forward to hearing what has to be said.

And someone, fix this man's problem ASAP.
