Am I alone?

Am I the only one who absolutely HATES it when the Zune software gets updated?

Seems that EVERYTIME I do an update it takes days to get it working and the device to work with it. Not to mention the time sitting on the phone with customer support. Who usually dont speak very good English. I get the repeating everything back so that they understand but it does get irritating.

I agree. It takes forever too..and somehow I manage to always double up on songs.. Its wierd.

I've never had this issue. Guess it helps to be a MS ***--PC, 360, and Zune. That, and converting so many people to Zune and Xbox. They must just love my loyalty!
