Changing Zune Tag
I can't seem to find the option to change my zune tag under my account settings. Any help?

Inside of the Zune software....

Settings > Device > Name Your Zune

I"m wanting to change my Zune tag not the Zune device name. The option used to be under the user account information but no longer seems to be there.

Sorry about that.

How about:

Settings > My Account.

I have the option under Account management within "My Account"

I highlighted it in the below picture:

That is the weird thing. I have every single other option except the one to change my tag. It is strange though I'm wondering if it is because of it also being my xbox gamertag?

Nope, mine is my gamertag as well. I don't know why you don't have the option.

Weird! Any chance you have a child or teen account? What age were you when you opened the account, and how long ago?

I'm checking now but I would have been either 20 or 21 when creating the account so pretty sure not the issue but double checking just to be safe.

It is.

We don't have commerce in Canada - no Marketplace - and changing your tag requires payment of 800 MS points. We don't have a way of having a billing relationship with you (at least for Zune), so you don't have a way of changing your tag.

If you have access to an Xbox, though, I think you can do it there.

if you are in canada...apparently you cannot change your zune tag?! you cannot access marketplace?! however if you are really hooked up to your zune i have a way to do it....try changing the regional settings of your computer(computer>conttrol panel>regional settings) change the settings to US and there you go you have a marketplace already...for microsoft points(do you have any relatives in the US??) ask them to purchase you a card (prepaid card) then redeem the card...there you go you have microsoft points already...
