re: "Stars" questions

I am not a software developer or a programmer, but I was thinking about the "Star" ratings. Wouldn't the stars make it easier for the software and marketplace to recommend new picks if we had the "Stars". With the hearts we can only like and dislike songs. I feel like the picks would make a better selection in our picks! Just a thought!!!!

i completely agree with friskycashew. windows media used star ratings and they were very useful and easy to use. also it helps to organize your collection quicker. there are many uses for star ratings, my personal favorite is auto playlists using only 4 and 5 star rated songs. the heart rating system is completely useless imo.

it would be great if MS gave us an option to use either star ratings or heart ratings. or if someone could make a mod for the software to replace the heart ratings with star ratings... *hint hint
