My hold button is slightly broken. Is it "sliding" instead of "clicking", if you know what I'm talking bout? The switch is actually really easy to pop off. I discovered it one day in class when I kept taking my Zune in and out of my pocket lol. I looked at it and the hold switch was gone. I found it on the floor though and snapped it back on no problem. Recently though, part of the sticks underneath the hold switch broke so it just slid across the the thing it's supposed to move which made it stay on hold. I took off the switch, flipped it around and now it works. See if the switch is broken by popping it off with your finger nail. If it's broken I guess you could send it in for repair or try to find some other piece of small plastic to move the switch underneath it lol.

also, you should really post this in the hardware support forum because this has nothing to do with being Canada specific and you're bound to get better feedback there.
