Error Code C101A23D
"The account you are using isn't associated with Zune. Please try signing in with different account."  

I cannot buy Microsoft points, because I keep getting this message.  I have no idea what this means, or what I should do.  Does anyone know?

I am getting the exact same problem. After I installed the new zune software it no longer registered my new credit card, however, it kept the old expired card. When I go to add new card and then buy, it says the same thing. I know my account is associated with zune since I have been using it for like 4 years  now when the original zune came out! both cards used to work untill about a month ago or so.
