Orders
So, i am a first time buyer from Zune originals. I ordered my 32GB Zune HD about a month ago (Sept. 15). And all i have recieved is an e-mail about the order confirmation. Im kind of disappointed that it has taken a month and i have no results. Ive been through the forms, and a good amount of people who have ordered around the same time i have have received theirs. Can i get an update on what the hold up it. I saw about "backlogged orders" But it seems like it was fixed.

Yup, I have the same issue. Ordered on the 15th, still no zune. I talked to someone from Microsoft who said they were having issues with their ordering system not being able to process certain color/engraving combination's. It was suppose to ship by today, but I still have nothing.

Try contacting jason@zune.net. He has been helping me.

re: Orders
Yeah, I placed my order at 9:30am and got the "Unfortunately, there was a problem with your recent order and it could not be completed" email at 9:30pm. I understand if there is a delay due to demand, Zune HD is a good product that everyone should want, but they need to inform me prior to ordering. Now I have to wait for the bank to release the hold on the money, then attempt the order again. I might change my order from one color to another or something like that if I know I could get the order completed sooner. As it stands right now am I just supposed to keep shooting in the dark hoping I get the right combination of color or art at the right time.
I have my money, and I want to be informed as to what I have to do to give you my money. Why does all the responsibility fall to the customer to do all the hard work to try and give a company money? I know there multiple locations where Apple will gladly work with me to get my money. It seems like Microsoft has enough money and I'm not good enough to respect as a customer.
I don't want B.S. I just want to know what I need to do to get a Zune HD.
