Dethklok
So dethklok is coming to the philla Filmore / tla this coming Friday and I'm stoked !! Spent the entire week searching youtube for live dethklok videos and so far by I haven't been disappointed. I just became a fan after my guitarist g/f physically made me sit down and watch metalocaplyse and man I regret waiting all this time . I just bought the first season dethklok album and its so freaking awesome. I can't wait to own the song from the episode that dethklok visits the amazon . That song is amazing !!

I personally havent invested the time into listening to the band, but I have seen a couple of the shows on adult swin. I got tickets for a friend of mine for the show here in Dallas. Hope he has fun.

The show was amazing . I got to actually meet Chimaira's drummer and hang out with him and his girlfriend after their set. That dude is very cool and a bad ass drummer. I recommend seeing Dethklok live to any fans of the show. later

no one died to my knowledge ,but I got the chance to chill with Chimaira's drummer and his girlfriend . It was a killer show so i'll  be at the next one for sure.

there second CD is in the works right now. i wish i had been able to see them live last time they were in my area. oh well, ill make sure next time

i saw dethklok a while back at the house of blues in myrtle beach with soilent green and chimaira, excellent show, best concert i have been to tied with the shadows fall/gwar show i saw a year or so ago,  they present an insane stage presence and bring tons of energy,  i didnt see it but i heard their tour bus is painted like the train from mordhaus which would be cool to see, but when i saw them they played in front of a big screen that projected a storyline based on the band doing a live tour and the set of usual antagonists plotting against them, it was awesome i think i payed 30 or so for my ticket to see them, and i would easily pay more to see them again, oh another suggestion, their merch sells out FAST, so pick up some stuff and run it out to your car right when the doors open!

i really wish i had the money to go to the upcoming show near me! i love them, but to be honest i was a little disappointed in the new album. oh well, i still do like it, just not as much as the first one. i cant wait for the new season to start!
